摘　　要：法布里干涉近红外光谱仪是近年新出现的一种基于微机电制造技术的近红外光谱仪,具有高性能、重量轻、体积小、无移动部件等特点,非常适用于现场、在线分析。本研究采用Axsun便携型近红外光谱仪采集了148个烟草样品的近红外光谱,分别针对烟碱、总糖、还原糖、总氮和蛋白质建立了定量校正模型。结果表明,烟碱、总糖、还原糖、总氮和蛋白质的模型维数分别为9、5、7、7和6,决定系数(R2)分别为99.18%、93.68%、89.10%、98.24%和87.87%,校正集均方根误差(RMSEC)分别为0.11、1.03、1.27、0.05和0.44,验证集均方根误差(RMSEV)分别为0.18、1.06、1.32、0.08和0.53,相对预测性能(RPD)分别为6.03、3.41、2.59、4.37和2.10,外部验证集均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为0.28、0.88、1.56、0.11和0.42。F检验结果表明,各模型校正集及其外部验证集的预测值和化学值具有极显著的相关关系。本研究表明,Axsun便携型近红外光谱仪可以保证烟草成分定量校正模型的精度,实现近红外光谱分析向样品现场检测、田间作物现场分析等方面的进一步推广。Fabry-Pérot Interference NIR spectrometer is raised in recent years,which is developed based on the micro electro-mechanical systems manufacturing technology.This kind of NIR spectrometer possesses the advantages of high-performance,inlightweight,small volume,no moving parts,and is suitable for the on-site and on-line analysis extremely.In this research,148 NIR spectra of tobacco samples were collected by Axsun portable NIR spectrometer.The quantitative calibration models of nicotine,total sugar,reduced sugar,total nitrogen and protein were developed respectively.The result indicated that for the calibration models of nicotine,total sugar,reduced sugar,total nitrogen and protein,the model dimensions are 9,5,7,7 and 6 respectively,the determination coefficients（R2） are 99.18 %,93.68 %,89.10 %,98.24 % and 87.87 % respectively,the root mean square errors of calibration（RMSEC） are 0.11,1.03,1.27,0.05 and 0.44 respectively,the root mean square errors of validation（RMSEV） are 0.18,1.06,1.32,0.08 and 0.53 respectively,the relative performance deviations（RPD） are 6.03,3.41,2.59,4.37 and 2.10 respectively,the root mean square errors of external validation（RMSEP） are 0.28,0.88,1.56,0.11 and 0.42 respectively.The result of F-test indicated that a very remarkable correlation exists between the estimated and specified values of each model or its external validation set mentioned above.This research indicated that Axsun portable NIR spectrometer can ensure the precision of the quantitative calibration models of the main ingredients in tobacco,which is in favor of the spread and exploitation of NIR spectroscopy analysis to the on-site sample determination and the on-site analysis to the crops including tobacco in field further.
