摘　　要：如何做好大型仪器管理人员的工作交接问题是目前高校和研究所实验管理人员管理工作中的一个重要课题。管理人员肩负着熟悉仪器的应用、熟练掌握仪器的操作、对仪器做全面的维护和实验室的安全管理的职责。刚参与管理工作的实验人员,无论是知识还是技术方面都很不足。建立一套系统的新老管理人员交接机制,既可以充分发挥经验丰富的老管理员的"传帮带"作用,又可以督促新管理人员提高业务水平,促进工作效率的提高,从而保证大型仪器可持续性的安全维护、保养和使用。It is currently an important topic in the management of experimental equipments in universities and research institutes to deal with the work transition for large equipment administrative staff.Administrative staff is entrusted with the understanding of equipments,mastering of equipment operation,maintenance of equipment and laboratories＇ security management.For members involved in the management of the experiment at the beginning,whether knowledge or technology is very inadequate.Establishing a systematic,scientific,complete transfer of old and new management mechanism,it can make full use of the old and experienced administrator,＂mentoring＂ role,then it can urge the new management to improve business standards and promote work efficiency.Thereby,it can ensure the maintenance and use of large equipment.
