摘　　要：Turbomatrix是一种作为顶空分析的自动进样器。该仪器有三种不同的型号可供选择,同时也可选择一些附件以增加仪器的功能。在顶空进样器中,样品(气体、液体、或固体)被放置到封闭的瓶中,通过加热平衡,直接传输到气相色谱系统中。本文根据笔者对顶空进样器维修过程中取得的经验,叙述了该仪器的故障维修及保养,同时也也介绍该仪器一些零配件国产化的替换。希望本文对仪器的使用者或仪器维修人员有所帮助。The Turbomatrix is an automatic sampler for headspace analysis.Three models of Turbomatrix are available,various accessories can be selected to enhance the function of the system.Samples were laid in headspace vial that is closed,and were heated to equilibrate,then heated samples from the closed vial directly transferred to the gas chromatographic system.Based on the experience on service of the Headspace sampler,a process of the trouble –shooting and maintenance of the Turbomatrix series are introduced in this paper.Placement of some spare pants by Chinese product is dealt with,too.The paper could make reference to the users and service Engineer.
