摘　　要：游艇产业,因其产业链条长,产业关联性强,被誉为"漂浮在黄金水道上的巨大商机"。"十二五"期间是新区游艇经济起步的关键时期。一个健康、有序的产业发展环境,不仅有利于促进游艇经济的快速发展,更将进一步在滨海新区产业结构优化、扩大就业、提升消费结构等方面发挥重要作用。本文将对世界和我国的游艇产业发展历程和发展现状做一个简要的概述,在总结游艇产业发展规律和技术特点的基础上,针对滨海新区目前游艇产业环境的优势和不足,探讨促进新区游艇经济发展的动力机制。Yacht Industry is known as ＂great business on golden watercourse＂ because of its long industrial chain and close correlativity with many other industries.The ＂Twelfth Five-Year Period＂ is a critical developing stage for Binhai New Area＇s yacht industry.A healthful and orderly industrial environment will not only promote the development of yacht industry but also play an important role in Binhai New Area＇s industry structure optimization,employment expanding and consumption structure upgrading.This article will firstly summarize the yacht industry＇s history all around the world and analyze its present situation in China and Binhai New Area,then discuss the industry environment building for promoting yacht economy in Binhai New Area according to its current advantages and shortage on the basis of yacht industrial developing law and technical features analysis.
