摘 要:研究不同追肥方式对金银花产量和质量的影响。结果显示,追肥有助于提高单株产量,以花后追肥+蕾前喷肥产量表现最高,移栽第2年每hm2产干花708.90kg,比不追肥的对照667m2增产15.76%,增产效果极显著。金银花千蕾干质量表现为第3茬花>第1茬花>第2茬花,追肥处理对金银花千蕾干质量影响不大。各处理下金银花绿原酸含量和木樨草苷含量基本达到国家药典的规定,且各处理下均表现为第1茬花含量>第3茬花>第2茬花。因此,生产中采用花后追肥+蕾前喷肥的追肥方式产量和经济效益较高。The effects of different fertilization methods on yield and quality of Flos lonicerae in Beijing suburb were investigated. Yield increased with fertilization. The most medicinal materials yield reached 708.90 Kg under Fertilizer after flowering and Fertilizer spray before bud treatment and those significantly increased by 15.76% compared to the control. The order in a thousand buds dry weight was third batch〉 first batch〉second batch. However, no significant differences were found in a thousand buds dry weight between transplant fertilization treatments and the control. The order in contents of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin was first batch〉 third batch〉second batch. The results suggested that Fertilizer after flowering and Fertilizer spray before bud treatment could increase yield and economy benefit.
