周恩来发展中医药文化事业的思想

摘　　要：周恩来对中医药文化事业作出了巨大的贡献。他在坚持毛泽东中医药文化思想,贯彻执行毛泽东提出的中西医结合的方针中,提出了一系列我国关于发展中医药文化事业的思想。这些思想归纳起来主要有四点。第一,中西医要结合起来,主要是西医要同中医结合起来。第二,中医药文化事业要后继有人。第三,要把中医药的发展和科技发展结合起来。第四,发展中医药文化事业要有一定的制度、经费保障。上述思想对于当前党中央提出的振兴中医药文化事业,增强我国文化软实力,打造民族文化品牌,提高人民健康水平都有重要意义。Premier Zhou Enlai contributed greatly to the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.While adhering to Mao Zedong＇s ideas about traditional Chinese medicine and carrying out his guideline of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,he advanced a series of ideas about developing traditional Chinese medicine culture,which can be summarized as follows： first,Chinese and western medicine is to be integrated;second,successors should be cultivated to inherit the traditional Chinese medicine;third,the development of traditional Chinese medicine should be combined with that of science and technology;fourth,the development should be guaranteed by systems and funds.The above ideas by Zhou Enlai are of great significance at present for the revival of traditional Chinese medicine,the strengthening of the soft power of our culture,the making of national cultural brands as well as the improvement of people health.
