摘　　要：中共第三代领导集体的民族发展观有着十分鲜明的价值取向。在价值主体方面,充分肯定并尊重少数民族的主体地位;在价值目标方面,把全国各民族人民的共同繁荣、共同富裕作为根本的价值目标;在价值标准方面,把是否有利于全国各族人民共同繁荣、共同富裕,是否有利于少数民族和民族地区的发展作为衡量我党民族政策、民族工作得失的根本标准。研究和把握中共第三代领导集体民族发展观的价值取向,对于实现我国少数民族和民族地区又好又快的发展具有十分重要的意义。The ethnic minority development outlook of the third generation of central collective leadership has its explicit value orientation.As for its subject,the outlook confirms and respects the subjective position of ethnic minority groups;as for its goals,it defines the mutual prosperity and wealth as its fundamental value goal;as for its criteria,whether it is beneficial to the mutual prosperity and wealth of all nationalities and whether it is beneficial to the development of ethnic minorities and ethnic minority districts are regarded as the criteria to weigh the loss and gain of our party＇s ethnic minority policies and work.Therefore,the study of the value orientation of the third generations of central collective leadership is of great significance to the rapid and sound development of ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas.
