摘  要:采用端羟基酮将酮羰基引入聚氨酯分子链上,然后通过加入己二酸二酰肼(ADH)得到单组分常温自交联水性聚氨酯(WPU)。通过红外光谱、动态力学分析和硬度等测试,对涂膜结构和性能进行了表征和分析,并将其与ADH交联的常规水性聚氨酯和常规水性聚氨酯进行比较,结果显示,酮肼交联的酮基水性聚氨酯树脂的性能更优。The ketone carbonyl was brought into the chain of polyurethane using terminal hydroxyl ketone,and then the single component self-crosslinking water-borne polyurethane(WPU) was obtained using adipic dihydrazide(ADH) as cross-linking agent. The structure and the properties of the films were characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),and hardness test,etc.The performance of film was compared to WPU corsslinked by ADH but without terminal hydroxyl ketone and WPU without crosslinking agent.The result showed that water-borne polyurethane resin obtained by the reaction between ketone and hydrazine has better performance.
