摘 要:在温度140~200℃、固气比Z 0.03~0.36内,对磷石膏进行悬浮态脱水试验,研究了温度和固气比对脱水过程和产品物相组成的影响规律。结果表明,磷石膏在脱水过程中,二水石膏首先脱水生成β-半水石膏,β-半水石膏进一步脱水生成无水石膏。在停留时间一定的条件下,提高温度对脱水起促进作用,增大固气比则使脱水程度降低。存在最佳的温度和固气比范围,在此范围内能获得以半水石膏为主的产品。结合工业生产实际,对悬浮态工艺条件下建筑石膏的生产控制方法进行了讨论。Measurements have been carried out for phosphogypsum dehydration in suspension state with the temperature ranging from 140 ℃ to 200 ℃ and the mass ratio of solid to gas ranging in 0.03~0.36.The effects of the two key factors,temperature and the mass ratio of solid to gas,on the dehydration process and phase composition of products were discussed.The results show that during dehydration of phosphogypsum,the first reaction product is β-hemihydrate,the further reaction product is soluble anhydrite.As the average residence time is fixed,the degree of dehydration increased with temperature increasing,however it decreased as the mass ratio of solid to gas increasing.It exists a suitable range of temperature or the mass ratio of solid in which the main composition of dehydration product is β-hemihydrate.In addition,methods of operating control in the practical condition of industrial production were discussed.
