浅谈车身试制涂装线的规划设计

摘　　要：简要介绍了车身试制涂装线工艺方案的规划设计。对车身试制涂装线工艺方式、机械化方式、前处理室、喷漆室、烘干室、PVC室等非标准设备的结构、功能及试制涂装车间的"三废"处理、消防、安全防护等进行了优化设计,使车身试制涂装线满足试制车身的涂装质量要求和节能环保的要求,为车身试制涂装线的工艺规划设计提供了一种新的理念。The planning and design of technological solution to the painting line of body preproduction is briefly introduced in this paper.The optimized design is performed for the painting line of body preproduction,including technological method,mechanization method,structure and function of non-standard equipment such as pretreatment room,painting booth,drying booth,PVC room,etc.,treatment of ＂Three Wastes＂,fire control and safety protection,and so on.Thus the painting line can meet the requirements of painting quality,energy-saving and environmental protection.Therefore,it provides a new concept for technological planning and design of painting line of body preproduction.
