黄芪饮片及提纯有效部位干预糖尿病大鼠的药效学比较研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨黄芪饮片及提纯有效部位干预糖尿病大鼠效应。[方法]采用STZ造糖尿病大鼠模型,予黄芪及相当于黄芪生药量6.3g.Kg-1的黄芪有效部位分别进行干预,同时设立阳性药物对照组,观测7d3、0d体重及血糖;每日测量摄食量与饮水量。[结果]与正常组比较,糖尿病模型大鼠的摄食量及饮水量均显著上升(P<0.01);造模第7d、30d,糖尿病模型大鼠的体重显著下降,糖尿病模型大鼠的血糖水平显著上升(P<0.01);与模型组比较,第30d黄酮组、酮苷组体重水平显著上升(P<0.01),西药对照组、黄芪饮片组、黄酮组、酮糖组、酮苷组、酮糖苷组血糖水平降低(P<0.05)。[结论]黄芪及有效部位可改善糖尿病大鼠的体重、血糖水平,黄芪黄酮及与其配伍的有效部位各组均显示出良好的效应强度。[Objective] This paper aims at discussing potency of astragalus active ingredients in diabetes rats.[Methord]STZ induced diabetic rat model used,to the equivalent amount of crude drug Astragalus 6.3g·Kg-1 were part of Astragalus and their active ingredients,while the positive control groups were established.Those were observed 30d.Body weight and glucose should have be measured at the 7th、30th day after the injection of STZ,daily food intake and water intake should have be measured.[Result]Compared with the normal group,food and water intake of diabetic rats and the treatment groups were increased significantly;at the 7th、30th day,P0.01;body weight of diabetic rats were significantly decreased,blood glucose levels of diabetic rats and the treated groups increased significantly,P0.01;Compared with model group,at the 30th day body weight levels rise significantly in astragalus flavonoids,flavonoid＋astragalosides,P0.01;western medicine comparison group,Astragalus group,flavonoids,flavonoid＋ polysaccharides group,flavonoid＋astragalosides,flavonoid＋polysaccharides group ＋ astragalosides have lower blood glucose levels,P0.05.[Conclusion]Astragalus and its active ingredients can improve the body weight and blood glucose levels of diabetic rats,Astragalus flavonoids and compatibility with astragalus other active ingredients groups were shown a good effect of strength.
