健脾愈疡方神阙穴贴敷配合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎44例

摘　　要：[目的]观察健脾愈疡方神阙穴贴敷配合柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效。[方法]将84例随机分为敷脐组44例,对照组40例,均口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片4,g/d4,次口服。敷脐组加用自制健脾愈疡方神阙穴贴敷,治疗14天进行疗效判定。[结果]敷脐组临床痊愈30例,显效7例,有效4例,无效3例,总有效率93.18%,对照组临床痊愈11例,显效9例,有效7例,无效13例,总有效率67.5%。总有效率敷脐组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]健脾愈疡方神阙穴贴敷治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎可显著提高疗效。[Objective] Jianpi Yuchuang Decoction and Shenque sticking with sulfasalazine treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis.[Method]84 cases were randomly divided into Umbilicus group of 44 patients in the control group of 40 patients,all oral sulfasalazine tablets,4g / d,4 times a day orally.Umbilicus group with homemade Jianpi Yuchuang Decoction and Shenque patching,determine the efficacy of treatment for 14 days.[Results]Umbilicus Clinical cure 30 cases,7 cases were markedly effective in 4 cases,3 cases,the total effective 93.18% in the control group,clinical cure in 11 cases,markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 7 cases,13 cases,there is always efficiency of 67.50%.Total efficiency of Umbilicus group than the control group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Jianpi Yuchuang Decoction and Shenque Sticking treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis can significantly improve the outcome.
