摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型治疗抑郁症疗效。[方法]将76例随机分为两组,治疗组39例分为肝郁气滞、心脾两虚、气结痰阻、脾肾阳虚、肝郁化火五型治疗,对照组37例口服舍曲林50mg/次,1日1次,严重者,1日2次。治疗第2、4、8周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈16例,显效15例,好转4例,无效4例,总有效率89.747%。对照组治愈14例,显效10例,好转6例,无效7例,总有效率81.08%。总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药治疗抑郁症疗效满意,副作用少。[Objective] Differentiation and Treatment of depression treatment.[Method]76 cases were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,39 patients divided into qi stagnation,heart and spleen,angry phlegm,spleen deficiency,stagnation of the fire five types of treatment,the control group of 37 patients oral administration of sertraline 50mg / times,1,1,severe,1 to 2 times.2,4,8 weeks of treatment effects were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale.[Results]cured 16 cases,effective in 15 cases,4 cases improved,4 cases,the total efficiency 89.747%.The control group cured 14 cases,10 cases markedly improved in 6 cases,7 cases,the total efficiency 81.08%.Total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression,satisfaction,side effects.
