加味温胆汤配合复方丹参注射液治疗痰热中阻型椎-基底动脉供血不足41例

摘　　要：[目的]观察加味温胆汤配合复方丹参注射液治疗痰热中阻型椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效。[方法]将82例分为两组,对照组41例用复方丹参注射液30mL;治疗组41例加用加味温胆汤;观察症状改善时间。两组均治疗2周后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组治愈33例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率92.68%。对照组治愈24例,有效8例,无效9例,总有效率78.04%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状改善时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]加味温胆汤配合复方丹参注射液治疗痰热中阻型椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效满意,无毒副作用。[Objective] Wendan Decoction and Compound Danshen Injection treatment of phlegm-heat in the resistance-type vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency treatment.[Method]82 cases were divided into two groups,control group of 41 patients with the Compound Danshen Injection 30mL;treatment of 41 cases plus Wendan Decoction;observed symptom improvement time.After 2 weeks of treatment in both groups to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment group,cured 33 cases,effective 5 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency 92.68%.The control group,cured 24 cases,8 cases,9 cases,the total efficiency 78.04%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.Symptoms improved time to treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Wendan Decoction and Compound Danshen Injection treatment of phlegm-heat in the resistance-type vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency results were satisfactory,non-toxic side effects.
