单穴针联合过伸牵抖法治疗网球肘49例

摘　　要：[目的]观察单穴针联合过伸牵抖法治疗网球肘疗效。[方法]将49例随机分为两组,单穴针加过伸牵抖法组(单穴针组)25例,采用敏感痛点针灸联合按摩过伸牵抖法;局部封闭组(局封组)24例使用确炎舒松A局部封闭。[结果]于术后3个月、6个月、12个月随访,单穴针组治疗网球肘的短期疗效与局封组相似,中长期疗效比局封组佳。[结论]单穴针联合过伸牵抖法治疗网球肘疗效作用持久。[Objective] Single-hole pin joint hyperextension led by the shaking effect of the treatment of tennis elbow.[Method]49 cases were randomly divided into two groups,single point needle and hyperextension group led by the shaking method（single-point acupuncture group） 25 cases,with combined acupuncture and massage sensitive pain points hyperextension led by the shaking method;partial closure group（Bureau of closed group） 24 cases with triamcinolone A partial closure.[Results]After 3 months,6 months and 12 months follow-up,single-point acupuncture group treatment of tennis elbow with the Bureau of short-term efficacy of seal were similar,long-term treatment group than the Bureau seal good.[Conclusion]The single-hole pin joint hyperextension led by the shaking treatment of tennis elbow treatment lasting effect.
