温针灸配合龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病31例

摘　　要：[目的]观察温针灸配合龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效。[方法]将61例门诊患者随机分为两组,对照组30例使用龙氏正骨手法。治疗组31例在龙氏正骨手法基础上选取病变相应节颈夹脊穴3,0号2寸毫针微向内侧进针,得气后行平补平泻手法,留针30min。并施以温针灸。每穴2壮。治疗2个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈10例,显效16,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率96.77%。对照组临床痊愈7例,显效10,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]温针灸配合龙氏正骨手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效理想。[Objective] Moxibustion with warmed needles and LONG＇s bone-setting techniques treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.[Method]61 cases of out-patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients with LONG＇s bone-setting techniques.Treatment of 31 patients in the LONG＇s bone-setting techniques based on the corresponding segments of the lesion and the upper and lower points depicting the neck Jiaji 1,30 2-inch needle into the needle slightly to the inside,get gas underwent reinforcing-reducing techniques,needle 30min.And subjected to warm acupuncture.2 per hole strong.Two courses of treatment to determine efficacy.[Results]The clinical cure in 10 cases,16 markedly effective in 4 cases,1 patient,the total efficiency of 96.77%.Control group,clinical recovery in 7 cases,effective in 10,8 cases,5 cases ineffective,the total efficiency was 83.33%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Moxibustion with warmed needles and LONG＇s bone-setting techniques treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis ideal.
