综合护理配合中药保留灌肠慢性肾衰氮质血症期体会

摘　　要：[目的]观察慢性肾衰中药保留灌肠配合综合护理效果。[方法]对40例患者应用中药高位保留灌肠,配合情志调节、饮食、服药、起居等护理指导,60d后进行疗效判定。[结果]显效20例,有效15例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%。[结论]做好心理护理,注重健康宣教使患者正确对待疾病,积极配合治疗和护理也是促进康复的重要因素。[Objective] Observe Chinese herbal medicine sticking to infuse a bowel team work the synthesis nursing cure chronic kidney Shuai curative effect.[Method]use Chinese herbal medicine high-order vs 40 sufferers the sticking infuse bowel,team work feeling the ambition conditioning,food,take nursing instructions,such as medicine and living...etc.,the 60d juniors goes curative effect judgement.[Result]show an effect 20,be available 15,void 5,always efficient 87.50%.[Conclusion]complete a mental nursing,pay attention to health to preach religion to make sufferer accurate to treat disease,Aggressive team work treatment and nursing are also the important factors that promotes to recover from illness.
