新形势下要加强文化建设促进医院科学发展

摘　　要：本文通过对新形势下医院文化建设的分析和探讨,从实践和理论层面对开展医院文化建设工作的原则性进行归纳和总结,阐述了医院文化建设应把握好社会主义文化主流方向,根据医院行业特点和自身实际坚持先进性和实效性及自身特性。同时指出医院文化建设作为现代化医院管理理论的一个组成部分,必须得到医院管理者的重视,科学统筹,做好长期规划,形成文化建设工作体系。要坚持新形势下医院文化建设的原则性,以充分发挥医院文化建设对医院管理和医院科学发展的作用。Based on the analysis and exploration of hospital cultural construction in the new situation and the summary of hospital cultural construction in the level of practice and theory,this paper interprets that cultural construction should take the orientation direction of socialism and insist the efficiency of the construction in view of the industry features of the hospital.Meanwhile,the writer points out that hospital cultural construction,as a component of modernized hospital management theory,should draw the attention of hospital administrators,who should plan scientifically and make long-time plan,so as to form a cultural construction system.
