摘　　要：通过跟师出诊,总结洪治平教授治疗糖尿病性心脏自主神经病变经验,洪师认为本病多为阴虚燥热日久,致机体气血阴阳亏虚,尤其强调心之气虚、阳虚;将本病分为消渴病心悸气虚型和消渴病心悸阳虚型。重视阳气的温煦、推动作用。Through following professor HONG Zhi-Ping to learn the clinical experience and summarized the famous doctor＇s experience of treatment about Cardiac autonomic nerve lesions.Professor Hong considered the disease is due to Yin scorching days long,the Yin and Yang of Qi deficiency,and especially emphasizes the Qi and Yang of heart;the disease is divided into two types.Pay attention to the Yang push forward.
