摘　　要：远方教授根据过敏性紫癜性肾炎的发病特点,坚持以清热解毒为大法,活血化瘀贯穿始终,提倡防治并举的治疗方案,并自拟紫癜愈肾汤,根据临床辨证加减运用,取得了较好的治疗效果。Professor YUAN Fang according to allergic purpura nephritis,adhere to the clinical characteristic of land,qingrejiedu for activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,advocate throughout the combination of prevention and control,and the treatment to the kidney purpura soup,according to clinical syndrome differentiation apply,and made very good therapeutic effect.
