摘　　要：[目的]观察抗磷脂冲剂治疗抗心磷脂抗体导致反复自然流产的临床疗效。[方法]采用著名妇产科专家陈玉琦教授的经验方制成抗磷脂冲剂,临床筛选抗心磷脂抗体导致反复自然流产患者106例,3个月为1个疗程,于用药后1、2、3个月分别检查抗心磷脂抗体,对比治疗前后ACA转阴率。[结果]用药后1个月转阴19例,用药后2个月转阴32例,用药后3个月转阴38例。痊愈67例,有效22例,无效17例。有效率为83.96%,无效率16.04%。[结论]抗磷脂冲剂对治疗抗心磷脂抗体导致反复自然流产具有一定疗效。[Objective]Observation of lecithin granules in treating anticardiolipin antibodies cause the clinical curative effect of recurrent spontaneous abortion.[Method]Made of famous specialists in obstetrics and Gynecology Professor Chen Yuqi experience Antiphospholipid granules,anticardiolipin antibody screening clinical result in 106 cases of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion,3 months for 1 course,1,2 and 3 months respectively after the medication check anticardiolipin antibodies,contrasting ACA negative conversion rates before and after treatment.[Results]One month after the drug turned cloudy 19 cases,medication after 2 months turned cloudy 32 cases,medication turned cloudy 38 cases in 3 months.Cure 67 cases,effective 22 cases;invalid 17 cases.Efficient 83.96%,inefficient 16.04%.[Conclusion]Antiphospholipid granule on the treatment of anti-cardiolipin antibodies cause recurrent spontaneous abortion has a certain effect.
