摘　　要：本案例运用合理情绪疗法为一例焦虑情绪求助者进行了心理咨询。针对其非理性的信念进行一系列的有效矫治,结果改善了求助者焦虑、紧张、担心等情绪,缓解了心理不适症状。这证明合理情绪疗法对焦虑情绪求助者有良好的改善作用。This case helped an anxious counselor with psychological consultation by using the rational emotive therapy.A series of effective treatment was taken for the counselor＇s nonrational beliefs.The result improved counselor＇s anxiety,tension,worry,relieved her psychological symptoms.It proved that the rational emotive therapy had a good improvement on anxious counselors.
