升降散加减治疗喉源性咳嗽57例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察升降散加减分型论治喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。[方法]采用升降散结合分型论治的方法治疗57例患者,1周为1个疗程,3个疗程后进行疗效评定。[结果]1疗程治愈10例,2个疗程治愈21例,3个疗程治愈13例,治愈率77.20%,有效率100%。[结论]对喉源性咳嗽采用分型论治结合升降散加减治疗具有较好疗效。[Objective]To observe the effect of treating throat-induced cough with Jiajian Shengjiang San.[Method]Combined with the use of Shengjiang San type of treatment method of treatment of 57 patients,1 week for a course of treatment,three months after treatment for efficacy evaluation.[Results]One course of treatment cured 10 cases,two course of treatment cure in 21 cases,three course of treatment cured 13 cases,the cure rate 77.20%,efficiency 100%.[Conclusion]The use of throat-induced cough type of treatment,plus Shengjiang San Jiajian treating has a good effect.
