柔肝灵颗粒治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察柔肝灵颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。[方法]60例病例随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱、还原型谷胱甘肽、胸腺五肽分别加10%葡萄糖静脉滴注;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予柔肝灵颗粒,两组疗程均为4周。[结果]治疗组不仅在改善临床症状上优于对照组,而且肝功改善亦优于对照组。两组治疗前后症状和体征比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后肝功能改善情况比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后总有效率为90.00%,两组患者治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]柔肝灵颗粒治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。[Objective]Observing the clinical effects of Rouganling Granule in curing chronic hepatitis B.[Method]We divide 60 cases into two groups,30 cases for each group.Control groups is fed with polyenoid phosphatidylcholine,GSH,Thymopentin with each group given with 10% glucose intravenous drip.Treatment group is fed with Rouganling Granule based on the control group.Both groups have a treatment course of four weeks.[Results]The treatment group overmatches the control group not only in terms of improving clinical symptoms,but also in terms of improving hepatic function.There are statistic significances by comparing symptoms and physical signs of two groups before and after the treatment（P0.05）.There are statistic significances by comparing the improving conditions of liver function of two groups before and after the treatment（P0.05）.The general effective rate of treatment group after treatment is 90.00%.There are statistic significances by comparing the general effective rates before and after the treating patients（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Rouganling Granule has rather obvious clinic effect in curing CHB and is worthy of being expanded in terms of clinic application.
