补中益气汤加减治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察补中益气汤加减治疗慢性肾炎(CGN)蛋白尿的临床疗效。[方法]将64例患者随机分为两组,每组各32例,在治疗过程中治疗组脱落2例。两组患者均予饮食调控,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上服用补中益气汤加减治疗。治疗15d为1疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率96.60%,对照组总有效率75.00%。两组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、尿常规与治疗前比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组治疗后以上各指标比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补中益气汤加减治疗CGN脾肾气虚证具有明显改善症状、减少尿蛋白等作用,与单纯西医治疗相比有显著优势。[Objective]Observe the Clinic curative effect of proteinuria of CGN is treated with Fill in yiqi tongga decreases.[Method]64 cases were randomly divided into two groups,each 32 cases.During the course of treatment in 2 cases fall off.Two groups of patients were to dietary manipulations.The control group were treated with western medicine conventional treatments.Based on the treatment group in the control group were taking fill in yiqi tonga minus treatment.The length of 15 days is a treatment.Observe curative effect after three courses.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group 96.60%.The efficient of controled goup is 75.00%.2 groups after treating 24-hour urinary protein quantitative routine urine and before treatment,all have very significant compared the differences（P0.01）.2 groups after treating each index comparison,have significant defferences（P0.05）.The curative effect of treatment group was better than controled group.[Conclusion]Fill in treatment of spleen yiqi tonga CGN kidney deficiency syndrome significantly improve symptoms and reduce urine protein functions.It has obvious advantage to treat this kind of disease,compared with western medicine conventional treatments.
