壮骨片联合碳酸钙D3治疗气血亏虚型骨质疏松症临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察壮骨片联合碳酸钙D3治疗骨质疏松症的疗效。[方法]应用壮骨片联合碳酸钙D3治疗老年气血亏虚型骨质疏松症96例,观察治疗前后两组指骨密度测定及临床表现。[结果]治疗3个月后治疗组对提高骨密度改善临床症状方面优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率93.70%。[结论]壮骨片联合碳酸钙D3治疗老年气血亏虚型骨质疏松症有良好疗效。[Objective]To observe the effect of zhuanggu tablets in treating osteoporosis.[Methods]Joint Application of calcium carbonate D3 and tablets Zhuanggu treatment of senile osteoporosis Deficiency of qi and blood of 96 cases,Means the two groups before and after treatment of bone mineral density and clinical manifestations.[Results]Treatment group after 3 months of treatment to improve bone density improve clinical symptoms than the control group（P0.05） the total effective rate 93.70%.[Conclusion]Zhuanggu tablets plus calcium carbonate D3 on treatment of senile osteoporosis Deficiency of qi and blood have a good effect.
