加味牵正散合vitalstim治疗仪治疗周围性面神经麻痹42例临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨加味牵正散合vitalstim治疗仪治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。[方法]将84例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组,对照组42例采用西药及针灸治疗,治疗组42例在对照组基础上加用加味牵正散合vitalstim治疗仪治疗,两组均治疗28d。采用House-Brackmann面神经功能分级评定及临床疗效指标判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.20%,对照组总有效率81.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]加味牵正散合vitalstim治疗仪治疗周围性面神经麻痹是一种有效的方法。[Objective]Modified Qianzheng powder and vitalstim treatment instrument for the clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis patients.[Methods]84 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups,The control group,42 cases were treated with Western medicine and acupuncture treatment,the treatment of 42 cases in the control group based on the use of modified Qianzheng Powder and vitalstim therapeutic apparatus,Both groups were treated 28 d.By House-Brackmann grade of facial nerve function and clinical effect assessment of indicators to determine.[Results]The total effect-tive rate was 95.20% in the control group,the total efficiency of 81.00%,the treatment group surpasses the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Modified Qianzheng powder and vitalstim treatment instrument for the clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis is an effective treatment.
