柴胡疏肝散加减配合耳压治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散加减口服加耳穴压豆治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。[方法]将89例随机分为两组,治疗组41例采用中药柴胡疏肝散加减口服及耳穴压豆治疗;对照组48例采用多潘立酮及谷维素口服治疗。经过1个疗程(4w)治疗进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效24例,无效2例,总有效率95.12%。对照组显效11例,有效26例,无效11例,总有效率77.08%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散加减口服及耳穴压豆治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著。[ Objective ] To observe the effect of treating functional dyspepsia by bupleurum soothing San Jiajian plus ear pressure beans. [ Methods ] 89 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 41 cases with bupleurum soothing San Jiajian plus ear pressure beans ; control group 48 cases with oral domperidone therapy and oryzanol. After a coures of treatment （4w） to determine the efficacy. [ Results ] The treatment group were markedly 15 cases, effective 24 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency rate for 95.12%. The control group were markedly 11 cases, effective 2（5 cases, invalid 11 cases, the total efficiency rate for 77. 08%. Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] Treating functional dyspepsia by bupleurum soothing san jiajian plus ear pressure beans has a good effect.
