摘　　要：[目的]观察痛泻要方合四君子汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。[方法]将56例患者分为两组,治疗组30例服用痛泻要方合四君子汤,对照组26例服用施连康和思密达。两组治疗4w后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率93.30%,对照组总有效率80.80%,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]痛泻要方合四君子汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著。[ Objective ] To observe clinical effect of treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome with Tongxie Yaofang plus four noble drugs decoction. [ Method ] The 56 cases were randomly divided into two groups, Treatment group 30 cases with Tongxie Yaofang plus four noble drugs decoction. Control group 26 cases with Shilian Kang and Smecta. After 4w to determine the efficacy. [ Results ] The treatment group the total efficiency rate for 93.30%. The control group total efficiency rate for 80.80%. Clinical efficacy of the treat- ment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Treating diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome with Tongxie Yaofang plus four noble drugs decoction has a good effect.
