摘　　要：从阴黄者居多,阳黄者居少;虚瘀为主机,兼夹湿与郁;扶正又祛邪,用药宜兼顾三方面将乙肝后肝硬变顽固性黄疸的辨治体会进行了阐述。Form Yin jaundice is the most, Yang jaundice is one of the few ; Virtual and stagnation are the main pathologicalmechanism, both wet and Stasis; Help upright and exorcism, pay attention to the use of drugs. It elaborates Hepatitis B cirrhosis intractable jaundice treatment experience to undertake from the above three aspects.
