摘　　要：[目的]观察综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。[方法]75例患者采用卧床休息、牵引、理疗、中药熏蒸、静脉用药等方法进行综合疗法治疗。经过1疗程(15d)治疗后进行疗效判定。[结果]治愈53例,有效15例,无效7例,总有效率90.70%。[结论]综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。[ Objective ] To observe effect of treating lumbar disc herniation by combination therapy. [ Method ] 75 cases were treated with bed rest, traction, physical therapy, medicine fumigation, intravenous drug use and other methods of combination therapy. After a coures of treatment （15d） to determine the efficacy. [ Results] Cure 53 cases, effective 15 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency rate for 90.70%. [ Conclusion] Treating lumbar disc herniation by combination therapy has a good effect.
