电针配合局部药物注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛38例

摘　　要：[目的]观察电针配合局部药物注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。[方法]将76例随机分为两组,对照组38例口服卡马西平片、多虑平片,并用维生素B12注射液、地塞米松注射液、0.2%利多卡因注射液、维生素B1注射液,混合液作神经根相应节段夹脊穴注射治疗;治疗组38例在对照组治疗的基础上给予电针及局部药物注射治疗。经过1个疗程(15d)治疗后进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组痊愈19例,显效15例,好转4例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组痊愈11例,显效9例,好转15例,无效3例,总有效率92.10%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]电针配合局部药物注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效较好。[ Objective] To observe clinical effect of treating postherpetic neuralgia by EA puls local drug injection. [ Method] The 76 cases were randomly divided into two groups, Control group 38 cases with Carbamazepine tablets, doxepin tablets, combination Vitamin B12 injection, dexamethasone injection, 0.2% lidocaine injection,Vitamin B1 Injection, Mixture as the corresponding segment of the nerve root injection Jiaji;Treatment group 38 cases in the control group on the basis, EA puls local drug injection. After a coures of treatment （15d） to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group were cure 19 cases, markedly 15 cases, improve 4 cases, invalid 0 cases, the total efficiency rate for 100%. The control group were cure 11 cases, markedly 9 cases ,improve 15 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency rate for 92.10%. Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Treating postherpetic neuralgia by EA puls local drug injection has a good effect.
