30 Patients with Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Colon-ning Decoction

摘　　要：[目的]观察结肠宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎30例疗效。[方法]将60例溃疡性结肠炎随机分两组。对照组30例柳氮磺胺吡啶片,1g/次,3次/d。治疗组30例结肠宁1剂/d,水煎,分2次温服。两组均14d为1疗程。治疗3个疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床治愈17例,显效9例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%。对照组临床治愈9例,显效14例,无效7例,总有效率76.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]结肠宁治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意,安全可靠,无不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the clinical curative effect of Colon-ning decoction in 30 patients with ulcerative colitis.[Methods]60 patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into two group in random.The control group,30 cases,were treated with Sulfasalazin,a gram of each time,three times a day.The test group,30 cases,were treated with Colon-ning decoction,one dose a day,decocted with water,warm-taken twice a day.Two groups both were taken 14 days as 1 treatment course,and carry on the curative effect determination after 3 treatment courses.[Results]In test group,17 cases were clinical cure,9 cases had remarkable curative effect,4 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 86.67%.In control group,9 cases were clinical cure,14 cases had remarkable curative effect,7 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 76.67%.The test group surpassed the control group in the curative effect.（P0.05）.[Conclusions]Colon-ning decoction has a significant effect for treating ulcerative colitis,is safe and reliable,and has no bad reaction,is worthy to be popularized.
