天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压64例

摘　　要：[目的]观察天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压疗效。[方法]对64例门诊患者使用天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,1剂/d,水煎3次,早中晚分服,连服15剂为1疗程,每w休息1天。治疗3个疗程(45d)进行疗效判定[结果]治疗3个疗程(45d),显效37例,有效23例,无效4例,总有效率为93.75%。[结论]传统方剂天麻钩藤饮加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压疗效满意。[Objective] Observe the curative effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction treating hypertension of liver-yang type.[Methods] 64 outpatients were treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction,each day useing apair of traditional Chinese Medicine decocted three times with water,early in the evening division,Even served 15 agent for 1 courses,there had one day to rest once a week,we judged the curative effect after 3 courses of treatment（45 days）.[Results] According to the efficacy on Symptomatic,there were 37 cases with obvious efficiency,23 with generic efficiency,and 4 with no effect,the general effective rate was 93.75%.Depending on the findings of drop of blood pressure,there were 27 cases with obvious efficiency,31 with generic efficiency,and 6 with no effect,the general effective rate was 90.62%.[Conclusion] The results are satisfied that Tianma Gouteng Decoction treats hypertension of liver-yang type.
