黄芪桂枝五物汤内服舒络汤熏洗联合弥可保治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经炎50例

摘　　要：[目的]观察黄芪桂枝五物汤内服舒络汤熏洗联合弥可保治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经炎疗效。[方法]采用随机双盲法前瞻性研究,将98例随机分为两组。对照组48例弥可保片口服。治疗组50例黄芪桂枝五物汤水煎配合舒络汤熏洗。均8周为1疗程。观察症状体征、生化指标、血液流变学指标。治疗1疗程(56d)进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组肢痛、麻木指标改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组血糖均显著下降(P<0.01),组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]黄芪桂枝五物汤内服舒络汤熏洗联合弥可保治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经炎疗效满意。[Objective] Decoction of five drus and ShuLao soup fumigation joint ＂insurable the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy curative effect.[Methods] The double-blind randomized prospective studies,98 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Control group 48 cases ＂insurable tablets.The treatment group 50 cases of Decoction of five drus with ShuLao soup soup decoction fumigation.All 8 weeks 1 of treatment.Observe signs and symptoms,biochemical index,the index of blood rheology.Treatment 1 treatments（56 days） outcome.[Results] The treatment group limb pain,numbness index to improve the treatment group than in control group（P0.05）;Two groups of blood sugar are significantly（P0.01）,no significant differences between groups（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Decoction of five drus and ShuLao soup fumigation joint ＂insurable the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy the results were satisfactory.
