腹立通膏促进腹部术后肛门排气150例

摘　　要：[目的]观察腹立通膏促进腹部术后肛门排气疗效。[方法]将150例腹部术后患者随机分为两组,对照组75例术后常规西医处置。治疗组75例在西医常规处置基础上,术后6h开始口服腹立通膏。每日2次,连服3天。排气后即停止服药。[结果]术后肛门排气时间治疗组<12h10例,<24h38例,<72h24例,>72h3例,<72h排气率96.00%。对照治疗组<12h1例,<24h10例,<72h35例,>72h29例,<72h排气率61.33%。治疗组的肠蠕动恢复排气时间明显早于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]腹立通膏口服对腹部术后肠蠕动恢复有良好效果。[Objective]To summarize and evaluate the Fulitong cream to promote recovery of gastrointestinal function after treatment.[Methods]150 cases of abdominal surgery patients（except the Gastrectomy,bowel resection,anastomosis patients）,according to the random distribution,divided into treatment group and control group all including 75 cases,the control group at preoperative and postoperative routine care,the treatment group conventional therapy,after 6 hours from the abdomen up through the cream to give oral side to observe the recovery of bowel movement discharge time.[Results]The recovery of bowel movement discharge time was earlier than the control group（P 0.05）.[Conclusion]Oraling Fulitong cream pastes for the recovery of bowel movement after abdominal surgery have a good effect,reduces surgical complications,shorts hospital stay,a Chinese medicine to promote the recovery of bowel movements provided a reliable therapeutic approach.
