抗痨胶囊在老年初治涂阳肺结核强化期治疗的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨抗痨胶囊在老年初治涂阳肺结核强化期治疗的疗效。方法选取我院老年初治涂阳肺结核患者110例,分为观察组(异烟肼、利福喷丁、乙胺丁醇、左氧氟沙星、抗痨胶囊)和对照组(异烟肼、利福喷丁、乙胺丁醇、左氧氟沙星),对症状改善情况、药物不良反应、痰涂片浓缩集菌抗酸菌检测、胸部CT结果进行对比分析。结果①观察组与对照组的症状改善率分别为85.59%、73.61%(P<0.05)。②观察组与对照组的药物不良反应发生率分别为14.29%、33.33%(P<0.05)。③观察组与对照组3个月末痰涂片阴转率分别为89.29%、74.07%(P<0.05)。④观察组与对照组在治疗3个月末复查胸部CT,病灶有效率分别为75%、55.56%,空洞有效率分别为62.5%、33.33%(P<0.05)。结论抗痨胶囊与化学药物联合使用具有良好的协同作用,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of anti-phthisis capsule on elderly patients with new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 110 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into observe group（isoniazid,rifapentine,ethambutol,levofloxacin,anti-phthisis capsule） and control group（isoniazid,rifapentine,ethambutol,levofloxacin）randomly.We observed and analyzed the side effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs,the improvement of clinical symptoms,results of chest CT,sputum examination for anti-acid in contrast.Results ① The improvement of clinical symptoms were respectively 85.59%、73.61% （P0.05） in the observe and the control group.② The side effect rate was 14.29% in the treatment group and 33.33% in the control group.③ By the end of 3 months,the sputum smear negative conversion rates were respectively 89.29%,74.07%（P0.05） in two groups.④Through examination of chest CT at the third month,effect rates the sputum between two groups respectively were 75%,55.56%,and cavity effective rate were 62.5%,33.33% （P0.05）.Conclusion Anti-phthisis capsule combined with chemical medicine on the elderly patients with new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis is effective and safe,there is a synergistic effect,and it is worthily recommended in the clinical application.
