老年急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术的体会

摘　　要：目的总结老年急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术的治疗经验。方法回顾分析149例老年急性胆囊炎患者的临床资料。结果 112例患者并存内科疾病,144例完成LC,5例中转开腹手术,148例痊愈,术后猝死1例,肺栓塞1例,下肢深静脉血栓2例。结论在全身情况允许下,LC是老年急性胆囊炎的适宜、有效的治疗方式。Objective To summarize the experience of the treatment of elderly with acute cholecystitis by laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）.Methods The clinical data of 149 old patients with acute cholecystitis were analyzed retrospectively.Results Coexistence of internal diseases in 112 patients.144 cases underwent LC successfully.5 cases were converted to open surgery.148 cases were cured.1 case occurred the sudden death after operation.1 case had pulmonary embolism and 2 cases developed deep vein thrombosis.Conclusion With the general condition permission,LC is a suitable and effective way to treat acute cholecystitis of old patients.
