痔瘘术后中医药治疗的探索

摘　　要：目的探讨痔瘘术后应用中医药治疗对患者的影响。方法对105例痔瘘术后患者配合中药治疗,并用87例同期术后未用中药治疗的病例作对照。结果治疗组患者术后恢复快,无并发症和后遗症,而对照组患者术后创面愈合时间延长和功能恢复较慢,甚至长时期不能恢复。结论痔瘘术后合理使用中医药治疗,可弥补单纯西药治疗的不足,促进患者康复,有推广价值。Objective To explore the effect on using Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment after the operation of hemorrhoid and fistula.Methods To compare 105 postoperative cases of the Post-operation of hemorrhoid and fistula being treated with Chinese medicine with the same 87 cases treated during the same period without Chinese medicine in order to investigate the different effects.Results The result shows that the patients in the tested group can recover quickly while the opposite group can-not recouer or recover very slowly in a long time.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is rather helpful for the recovery of the Post-operation of hemorrhoid and fistula patients if it is correctly used.
