两种检测胆红素的指标评价黄疸疗效的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨VITROS 350和OLIMPUS AU640两种机器关于胆红素的检测对于病理性黄疸的意义。方法运用VITROS 350和OLYMPUS AU640对90例胆红素升高的患者进行追踪分析,比较治疗前后的胆红素检测值,根据两机器的线性评价和相关性分析以及方法学来比较两者之间的差异。结果在阻塞性黄疸治疗后,BC比直接胆红素下降非常明显,在溶血性黄疸治疗后,BU比未结合胆红素下降明显,在肝病性黄疸治疗后,BC、BU都略比直接胆红素和间接胆红素下降明显。结论用结合胆红素和未结合胆红素来做为黄疸疗效的指标要比用直接胆红素和间接胆红素来评价黄疸疗效更加直接,更加准确。Objective To explore VITROS 350 and OLIMPUS AU640 about significance bilirubin detection take on to pathological jaundice.Methods Tracking and analyzing 90 patients with elevated bilirubin by VITROS 350 and OLYMPUS AU640,comparing the bilirubin data before and after the treatment and finding the comparative differences according to the two machines＇ linear evaluation,correlation analysis and methodology.Results After jaming sex jaundice treatment,the BC than direct bilirubin droop very obvious,after dissolving guts jaundice treatment,BU than don＇t combine bilirubin the droop was obvious,the jaundice in the liver disease treatment after,BC and BU all slightly than direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin to descend obviously.Conclusion It is more direct and accurate to utilize conjugated bilirubin and unconjugated bilirubin as the index of jaudice treatment than to use the direct and indirect bilirubin.
