摘　　要：设计阶段对一个项目的工程造价起到了决定性的作用．其中建筑设计在工程造价的控制中占有很大比例。应用ISM（interpretative structural modeling，ISM）模型对建筑设计参数影响工程造价的程度进行分析．可以划分出对工程造价影响程度较高的设计参数。本文以北方采暖地区的建筑为例，分析影响工程造价的建筑设计参数。The design phase has played a decisive role in the control of the cost that the cost of architectural design project takes a large proportion. Using interpretative structural modeling to analyze the extent of project cost that design parameters have affect can divide these parameters on the difference of elements in effect. In this paper, taking the heating region of north as an example to analyze design parameters.
