摘　　要：高新技术产业是一种高度知识和技术密集型产业,发挥集群的优势必须实现集群创新系统的整体功能。因此,提高高新技术产业集群的创新能力,对产业集群的持续发展和竞争力的提高,促进区域经济发展具有重要的意义。在提出了创新孵化器和风险投资等两个角度作为高新技术产业集群的创新路径基础上,分析了这两个驱动因素对高新技术产业集群创新绩效作用机制。The high-tech industries is the highly intellectual and technology-intensive industries,It＇s need to play the advantage of cluster to realize the integrated function of the cluster innovation system.Thus,improving high-tech industry cluster innovation ability has the vital significance to promot the regional economic development.This study puts forward two high-tech industry cluster innovation paths ：the Innovation Incubator and Risk Investment,and analyzes the two driving factors to the innovation performance mechanism of high-tech industrial clusters.
