摘　　要：在海洋经济发展上升为国家战略的背景下,对海洋科研机构规模与创新效率之间的关系进行了实证研究,发现海洋科研机构规模越大,越有利于提高创新效率,这与很多实证研究得出的组织规模越小效率越高的观点明显不同。因此,扩大海洋科研机构规模应该成为增强海洋科技创新能力的有效途径之一。Under the background of developing marine economy becoming national strategy in China,the relationship between scale of scientific research institution and marine innovation efficiency is empirically studied.It is found that bigger scientific research institution is more favorable for marine innovation efficiency,which demonstrates that at least at the present stage marine scientific research institution in China exists increasing returns to scale and to expand the scale of scientific research institution should be an effective way to strengthen marine innovation capability.
