摘 要:提出由型钢混凝土(SRC)顶底板和钢腹杆组成的新型组合拱结构(简称SRC-钢腹杆组合箱拱),可减轻结构自重和利用劲性骨架法施工,同时解决了混凝土拱桥向大跨径发展所遇到的自重大、施工难的两个瓶颈问题.以万县长江大桥为原型,进行420 m跨径SRC-钢腹杆组合箱拱桥的试设计,其承载能力极限状态与施工阶段的受力计算结果表明,试设计桥梁能满足设计要求.新桥型拱圈自重较原桥减轻约31%,并可节省近三分之一的拱圈浇筑混凝土施工时间,具有相当的可行性.A new composite arch structure with a section of steel reinforced concrete(SRC) flanges and steel webs is proposed(SRC-steel web composite box arch),which can solve the two key problems(heavy self-weight and difficulty in construction) when enlarging the span of concrete arch bridge,by reducing the self-weight of the arch ring and construction it by embedded scaffolding method.Taking Wanxian Yangtze River Bridge as the prototype,a trial design of SRC-steel web composite box arch bridge is conducted.The result of mechanical behaviors of and ultimate state and construction state shows that the trial design bridge can meet the design requirement.Compared to the prototype concrete arch bridge,its self-weight of arch ring will reduced about 31% and its procedure of concrete casting in the arch ring will shorten almost a third.
