摘 要:对不同保存时间的菌丝体进行出菇时间、出菇品质以及生物学效率的比较分析.结果表明,菌丝体经过干燥保存后仍可正常出菇,但随着保存时间的延长,出菇时间也相应延长,出菇粒数和粒重以及生物学效率都呈现出递减趋势.综合分析认为,保存期在360 d内为宜.通过喷施营养液复壮,可以有效缩短出菇时间和提高生物学效率.The fruiting time,fruiting qualities and biologic efficiency of mycelia preserved with different time were compared and analyzed,respectively.The results showed that mycelia preserved by desiccation method could normally fruit,but the fruiting time delayed,mushroom grain number and weight and biologic efficiency decreased with increasing preservative time.It was considered by analysis that,360 d was the appropriate time for preservation.The fruiting time and biologic efficiency could be effectively shorten and increased respectively by sprinkling nutrient liquid.
