摘　　要：文章借鉴EA(Enterprise Architecture)的基本思想和理念,结合公共图书馆文化信息资源规划与整合的特点提出了其研究框架,并对该框架的业务架构层、应用架构层、数据架构层和技术架构层逐一进行详细描述,以期最大限度地实现社会文化信息资源的共享,提升全民文化信息水平。Based on the basic ideas and concepts of EA（Enterprise Architecture）,this paper presented a research framework of cultural information resource planning of public libraries combined with its characteristics.In addition,this paper described the four aspects of the research framework in detail,which include business architecture,application architecture,data architecture and technology architecture.The purpose of this study is to maximize the realization of social cultural information resources sharing and enhance the level of national cultural information.
