摘 要:通过利用汽车大梁钢M510L的高温力学性能,对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司2号板坯连铸机二冷工艺进行了优化,提高了M510L的高温延性,同时弯曲矫直时尽量避开脆性敏感区;通过优化二冷配水、保证扇形段对弧精度及辊缝控制精度,改善了板坯角部质量,使M510L板坯角部清理率由95%下降至15%。On the basis of analysis on the high temperature mechanics properties of the automobile beam steel MS10L the secondary cooling process for the No. 2 Continuous Casting Machine of Ma’anshan Steel Co. , Ltd. has been optimized and therefore the high temperature ductility has been improved. In the meanwhile every possible means has to be taken to keep away from the fragile sensitive zone. The corner quality of the slab has been improved and the rate of corner trimming rate of steel M510L lowered to 15% from original 95% due to optimization of the secondary cooling water supply as well as insurance of the accuracy of the arc for the segments and the accuracy of the roll gap control.
