摘 要:通过水模试验模拟研究了铁水包吹气辅助扒渣工艺,并系统研究吹气元件类型、安装位置以及吹气流量等因素对吹气辅助扒渣效果的影响。结果表明:采用双吹法吹气辅助扒渣效果好于单吹法;双胞胎透气砖吹气元件的辅助扒渣效果好于其它类型的传统单砖心透气砖;吹气元件安装位置越低,吹开液面面积越大,辅助扒渣效果越好。试验结果成功应用于生产现场以后,扒渣时间由原来的12 min缩短到6 min左右,铁水渣扒净率有很大提高,转炉回硫质量分数控制在0.005%以内。By way of water modeling the deslagging process with air blowing in the hot metal pot is investigated. In the meanwhile the effects of factors such as the type of the air brick, fixing position and rate of blowing air flow on the results of deslagging by auxiliary air blowing are systematically studied. Results show that the double blowing process is better than the single one and the twin bubble brick is superior over the traditional single bubble brick and moreover the lower the bubbling element is fixed and the larger the spread area of the blown liquid level is, the better the deslagging effects will be. Since the successful application of the experimental results in the on-site production the deslaging time is reduced to about 6 minutes from the original 12 minutes and the hot metal deslagging rate is drastically improved and sulfur pick-up rate in the converter is effectively controlled within 0. 005%.
