摘 要:结合某厂钒钛铁水脱硫的基本情况,分析了钒钛铁水脱硫工艺流程的特点以及脱硫工艺过程中存在的主要问题。通过实验室研究和现场跟踪,研究了钒钛铁水的理化性质、温度、脱硫剂、工艺操作等因素对脱硫效果的影响。结合现场脱硫生产,得出了钒钛铁水脱硫的优化工艺,并应用于工业试验,取得了较好的效果。In combination with the basic situation of vanadium and titanium containing hot metal desulphurization in a specific plant, the characteristics and the main problem of vanadium and titanium containing hot metal desulphurization process were analyzed. Through experiment research and field tracing, the physical and chemical properties of hot metal containing vanadium and titanium, hot metal temperature, the desulphurizing ability of desulfurizer, process operation and other factors affecting the desulphurization performance have been studied. And combined with field desulphurization production, the optimization of desulphurization process for the hot metal containing vanadium and titanium was carried out and good effect obtained accordingly.
