摘 要:在RH破真空后,往钢液中喂硅钙线,通过比较喂钙前后钢液中T.O、N以及夹杂物尺寸、数量的变化,来研究钙处理对无取向硅钢总氧含量的影响。热力学计算表明无取向硅钢中由于铝含量较高,钢中自由氧含量低,钢中总氧含量基本可以代表钢中氧化夹杂物的含量。钙处理可以明显降低无取向硅钢的总氧含量,这主要是由于钙处理会使钢液中夹杂物变性长大,密度减小,从而有利于夹杂物的上浮去除。The Si-Ca cladded wire is fed into the hot metal after RH vacuum treatment. The effect of Ca treatment on the total oxygen content of the non-oriented silicon steel is investigated by comparison of variation of T. O and N as well as change of sizes and quantity of inclusions before and after Ca feeding. Thermal dynamical calculation shows that in the non-oriented silicon steel the total oxygen in steel can basically represent the total quantity of the oxide inclusions in the steel due to higher Al and low free oxygen content in the steel. The total oxygen content in steel can be drastically reduced through Ca treatment mainly because the inclusions modified by Ca treatment will grow larger and their concentration is accordingly reduced. Thereby those relatively larger inclusions will more easily float up.
